Last updated: October 6, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding agreement between you, personally or
on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Wasteless Group LLC, operating as
ImportDestruction.com (“we,” “us” or “our”), covering your use of importdestruction.com
and any related channels (the “Site”) and the services we arrange. By using the Site or
requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms at any time by changing the “Last updated” date. Continued
use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Services Description
ImportDestruction.com coordinates the destruction of import cargo, including abandoned
containers, General Order (GO) cargo, shipments refused or detained by FDA, USDA or
CPSC, in-bond merchandise, and counterfeit, IP-infringing or seized goods. Services
include in-bond drayage, coordination with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and
other agencies, destruction at bonded facilities, and supporting documentation. Physical
handling, transport and destruction are performed by our network of licensed carriers
and bonded facility partners. A Certificate of Destruction is provided for every completed
job.
3. Client Responsibilities and Authority
You represent and warrant that you are the importer of record, consignee, carrier,
NVOCC, freight forwarder, customs broker, brand owner or other party with legal
authority to order the destruction of the cargo, or that you hold written authorization
from that party.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including the bill of lading,
container and entry or in-bond numbers, commodity description, quantity, weight, and
any hazardous properties. You must disclose any agency holds, notices or deadlines that
apply to the cargo. Misdeclared or undisclosed hazardous materials may result in
additional charges, refusal of service or termination.
4. CBP and Agency Approvals
Destruction of in-bond, GO, refused or seized cargo depends on approval and, where
required, supervision by CBP and other government agencies. We do not control agency
decisions, processing times, inspection requirements or officer availability. We are not
liable for delays, denials or additional requirements imposed by any government agency.
You remain responsible for meeting any deadlines set by CBP or another agency, including
deadlines for export or destruction listed on a notice of refusal. We will act promptly once
we receive complete documentation, but we do not guarantee completion before any
agency deadline.
5. Demurrage, Per Diem and Storage Charges
Demurrage, per diem, chassis, yard storage, GO warehouse storage and similar charges
that accrued before we took possession of the cargo remain your responsibility. Charges
that accrue because of delays outside our control, including agency holds, release
processing or incomplete client documentation, are also your responsibility unless
otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Certificate of Destruction
On completion, we issue a Certificate of Destruction linking the destroyed goods to the
BOL, container and entry or in-bond number. Supporting documents such as weight
tickets, photos, video and chain of custody logs are available on request and may carry
additional fees. You must review the certificate and notify us of any errors within 7
business days of receipt.
7.Environmental Compliance and Disposal
Destruction methods may include shredding, crushing, landfill, incineration or waste-toenergy, depending on the commodity, agency requirements and local regulations. We
endeavor to recycle or recover materials where permitted. All disposal is carried out in

accordance with applicable local, state and federal regulations, including EPA
requirements.
8. Pricing and Payment
Service fees are set out in a written quote. Quotes are based on the information you
provide; changes in weight, commodity, location, agency requirements or accessorial
charges may change the final price. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on
receipt of invoice. We may withhold the Certificate of Destruction and future services
until all outstanding amounts are paid. Late payments may incur additional fees.
9. Scheduling and Logistics
All services require prior scheduling. You are responsible for ensuring the cargo can be
released for pickup at the agreed time and location. Changes must be communicated with
reasonable notice. Additional charges may apply for dry runs, waiting time, last-minute
changes or delays caused by the client or third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability for any claim
arising from our services shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific service giving
rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or
punitive damages, including lost profits, duties, penalties, liquidated damages or bond
claims, even if advised of their possibility.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wasteless Group LLC, its officers,
employees, agents, partners and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, damages, penalties,
losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of
these Terms, misrepresentation of cargo details, lack of authority over the cargo, violation
of any law, or use of our services.
